Copaiba's backstory
Copaiba comes from trees native to the Amazon rainforest that grow to more than 30 m tall! For centuries, this resinous oil was treasured by Amazonian natives as a natural remedy (mainly as an antiseptic and for the prevention of oral decay, tooth problems, and gum disease).
Today, Copaiba essential oil is used for its beneficial purposes. That’s because Copaiba contains the highest amount of active component beta-caryophyllene (BCP) of any known essential oil – 55% in fact! Blend four drops into a quarter-sized amount of Renew Lotion for a calming massage.
